Our walk in shower was not constructed well by the house builder seven years ago, it was molding and leaking.
Lloyd looked it over and diagnosed the problem, then spent time explaining options of what we could do. He and Laurie even returned to our house a second time and answered our many questions patiently.
When we decided to go ahead and tear out the old tile and put in new tile plus a 2nd shower head Lloyd and Laurie worked with us to figure out the best products to use.
Lloyd was always on time and stuck to his work timeline. He is the most meticulously clean and detailed builder I have ever used. He did all the work himself and did not contract out any part of the rebuild. He always left the bathroom clean and tidy after the day's work. Lloyd was always cheerful, had a bright smile and we enjoyed his singing in the shower ;) !! We can't thank you enough for fixing our leaky shower with such a beautiful new one!

This company is excellent!! The work was top notch. I've gotten a lot of compliments on the quality of the work done in our bathroom. We had a custom walk-in shower job and a butcher block for a bathroom counter and it came out beautiful! Could not be happier with the bathroom remodel. I contacted Bathrooms and Kitchens Plus, LLC about a week before Christmas, wanting to swap out a huge jetted tub for a petite slipper tub. Owners and tradesmen Lloyd and Lori were able to work me in right after the holidays. I was consulted throughout the process, weighing in on what I wanted and how I wanted things done. Lloyd was willing to accomodate my input. I was pleased with their punctuality, cleanliness of job site, and tile work. Both were pleasant, informative, patient and kind communicators. Ultimately the job was pretty much stress free, and completed quickly to my satisfaction.

- Lloyd from Bathrooms & Kitchens plus is one great guy – no job is too big or small for him. We have engaged him to transform 2 bathrooms in our home – the kids’ very tired bathroom, and the guest bathroom with loose tiles and an old tub. His quotes for each job were reasonable and he was easy to work with. All I had to do was choose and order the fixtures and tile and he did the rest. The end results are superb. Lloyd stuck to his quotes and quickly addressed any serious issues as they arose. I had no problem working with him throughout the jobs – easy communication and no fuss with dealing with dilemmas – a great relationship. - Lloyd did an amazing job remodeling my kitchen and adding crown moulding and decorative window trim throughout my home. He tore out the kitchen tile, worked with the granite fabricator to coordinate installation of granite countertops and plumbed a new kitchen sink. At the end of each day the work areas were left clean! Lloyd pays close attention to every detail – his craftsmanship is outstanding. He made a suggestion for the kitchen tile design which I would not have thought of and itturned out beautifully. The trim and crown moulding are unique and custom. Throughout the project Lloyd listened to what I wanted and consulted with me frequently – there were no surprises. He also did little extras like install a new light fixture and door hardware in my kitchen. I am very impressed with Lloyd’s knowledge and expertise in all aspects of construction. The work was completed on-time and within budget. I highly recommend Lloyd and Bathrooms & Kitchens plus and I plan to hire him again for my next remodel project.
